A female employee from a business establishment in the Rukattana Junction area has reported being sexually harassed by the owner.
She has filed a complaint with the Katana Police, who have referred her to Negombo Hospital for assistance. The businessman involved owns a restaurant in the Adiambalam area as well.
It is notable that young women who take up jobs in these businesses often leave shortly after starting.
