A body has been found burnt inside a three-wheeler in the Kammalmoya area of the Kochchikade Police Division in Negombo.
Local fishermen have reported that the deceased is so severely burned that identification is not possible.
The Motor Vehicle Registration Department has indicated that the registered owner of the three-wheeler has an address in the Dalupatha area of Negombo.
