Dear editor, There is a illegal prawn cleaning is done at kepungoda next to church and no permit or license taken from Negombo Municipal council and the people living the area complaint to Municipal council some Public health inspectors visited and no action taken. It is very difficult to live surrounding area due to bad smell and flays are coming from that place to near by houses .In fact we have informed to environment section of Police Negombo. The people running this have influence of Jun. Minister Sarath Kumara Gunarathne
